Heart & Vegg [Daily Photo #682]

I think this tree is in love!

Vegg – new Finnish egg replacement, based on tofu and chickpea flour.


I fried onion, red paprika and vegan sausage, then I added Vegg. It was a bit too salty, and I say it as a person who likes salty food, but otherwise I liked the taste and texture of Vegg scrambled “eggs”. ^^ The only problem is that Vegg kinda exploded a bit when I opened it, so be careful! =D
