the biggest fan of seitan (mianjin, wheat gluten) products made in
Europe but I really like these canned Taiwanese mock “meats” -
both taste and texture are great!
Vegetarian chop-suey (with
additional paprika and green beans).

kitchen utensils decided to get tangled in the closet! =D
