More Green, Still No Spring [Daily Photo #392]

Today it snowed, rained and then hailed, but despite this depressive anti-gardening weather we went to buy seeds, bulbs, ground and other stuff. Hopefully there will be… a warm summer one day? Haha…

Pruning [Daily Photo #391]

My husband pruned aronia and hydrangea the other day, and I saved a few branches and put them in water. Now they are happily unfolding beautiful baby leaves indoors!

Birds [Daily Photo #384]

These swans expressed zero interest in my food offerings. :(

But this lovely duck came to me even before I showed the food! ^u^
I fed him very well.

My Pokemon Go device's tablet's carrier having a walk in the forest.

Judging by its orientation, this conk grew after the tree fell.

Wheat-Free Chocolate Banana Cake [Daily Photo #378]

Today I baked a wheat-free cake for the first time in my life. It was quite an interesting experience! I used this lovely recipe – banana, chocolate, coffee, coconut flour, mmmmm. Additionally I decorated the top with coconut flakes.

Moomin Chocolate Egg [Daily Photo #374]

Holidays like Christmas and Palm Sunday are a great excuse to indulge in eating too many sweets. Today we bought a few chocolate things in case the Easter witches come, and I even got a chocolate egg!

April Moss [Daily Photo #372]

I love watching forests wake up in spring, little by little or in a big explosion of life. First leaves, young pine and fir needles, drowsy bees and flies… Today I took a short walk into the woods and found a boulder covered in moss like a big fluffy hat.

Snowdrops Under Snow [Daily Photo #365]

Wow I've been doing this Daily Photo Challenge for a whole year non-stop! @o@ And I guess Nature wanted to celebrate it, too, with beautiful snow… Yep, just when I thought it was finally spring, more snow fell. I was a naive fool! Spring, right… But at least it created nice photo opportunities. : 3
