Last year was full of changes and sometimes things were quite overwhelming and intense but overall 2015 was awesome!

There was a lot of progress in art – fanart, animals, portraits. I'm now braver to try drawing challenging new things! It has always been my dream to become a professional artist, be it drawing or writing. And I feel I finally worked hard for that last year! I want to keep treating drawing as something serious and not just a fun hobby.

Babylon 5.

  Oh my, this is the best TV show I ever watched and will remain so until the end of time. Why? It has great characters, explores various themes like faith, sacrifice and unrequited love, its plot grabs you, its mysteries awe you, its spaceships are so beautiful, its characters will make you laugh – and cry, and it has the best Russian character of foreign TV, Susan Ivanova :). Babylon 5 influenced me immensely. What I am now is partly thanks to B5 (and Delenn). And oh my god, Minbari are so gorgeous!

  Вах, лучший сериал из всех, что я когда-либо смотрела, и я знаю, что так будет всегда. Почему? В «Вавилоне 5» отличные персонажи; сериал поднимает разнообразные темы вроде веры, жертвы и безответной любви; сюжет не отпускает; загадки просто восхищают; там красивейшие космические корабли, а с героями можно и смеяться, и плакать... И там самый лучший русский персонаж среди всех зарубежных сериалов — Сьюзан Иванова :). «Вавилон 5» оказал на меня огромное влияние. Я сейчас была бы не я, если бы не В5 (и Деленн). И какие же минбарцы классные!

Buffy The Vampire Slayer

  Don't let the show's name fool you. I did enjoy it as a teenager because of all the adventures and stuff, but when I re-watched it some time ago, I realized how deep the show actually was. It has a strong female lead who doesn't need a knight to rescue her; there are witty dialogues, totally unpredictable plot twists, and it will make you cry like hell and laugh so hard that your tummy will hurt, I swear. Yeah, it has vampires, but it's only the first layer. This show deals with quite many heavy themes. Also, do you want to find characters that you will adore? Go watch Buffy. You can't resist Oz. Or Spike. Or Willow. Or FAITH.

  Пусть вас не смущает название этого сериала. Он нравился мне, когда я была подростком из-за тамошних приключений и т.п., но только когда я пересмотрела «Баффи» во взрослом состоянии, я смогла понять, насколько глубоки темы сериала. Главная героиня — сильная девушка, а не хрупкая мамзель, которую надо спасать. В сериале остроумные диалоги, непредсказуемый сюжет, и вы будете и рыдать, и смеяться до боли в животе, клянусь. Да, там есть вампиры, но это лишь первый слой. «Баффи» поднимает много тяжёлых тем. Кстати, хотите героев, которых вы будете просто обожать? Тогда вам стоит посмотреть «Баффи». Вы не сможете устоять перед Озом. Или Спайком. Или Уиллоу. Или ФЕЙТ.
