Tofu Bamboo?! [Daily Photo #864]


Om nom nom, I made fǔ zhú (aka dried bean curd) with vegetables!

It's 腐竹 in Chinese, which means tofu bamboo.

We've had fǔ zhú before but in sticks.
This time it's in cute knots!

It's chewy and rich in protein. =D Made us sooo full!
